~Hello My Friend~

I'm so happy you stopped by.

We've had a bumpy path here on the homestead the last couple months.  I was so excited to start our little remodeling project and ended up swan diving off the ladder and breaking my arm instead.  Thankfully with a little surgery and a lot of physical therapy my arm is getting back to working order.  And as of today, 6-15 ,  I can almost straighten it completely.  Now bending it is a different story : )

And in between computers crashing and appliances going on the fritz we are convinced this place is going to fall down around us.  But we're forging ahead....I can finally stitch and type on the computer and so far the walls are still standing.

But thank goodness for stitching.  I think that's the only thing that has saved me during all this mess : )

I have 2 Brand New Patterns ready.

~Sara Cricks Sewing Pocket~

&

~Peacock Sewing Roll~

You can see them on my Patterns page.

It's almost time for the July Kit for my group at the Country Sampler.  April's Sewing Roll was pretty sweet so it'll be hard to top it.....but I'm sure gonna try.  This Kit will be something that I've never done before....a brand new design.  I can't wait to show you pics.

And Primitives of the Midwest is just around the corner....July 28-31 in Lee's Summit, MO

I'll be teaching 4 different projects this year.

Birds & Berries Pinkeep Drum w/ Velvet Strawberry

Liberty Hill Pocket Roll

Schoolgirl Sewing Roll

Strawberry Queen Pincushion

If you would like to sign up for a class or would like a kit give the girls at

Quilter's Station a call :  816-525-8955    or  866-649-8024

I'd love to see you there.

Thank you so much for your patience during my recovery.  I know I'm so far behind on everything and I really appreciate your kindness.

I hope to get things back on track with some new Patterns, a few Kits and lots of Finished Pieces.  It does my heart good to stitch : )

Happy Stitching to you my friend and I look forward to hearing from you soon
