Heart Sewing Roll

This sweet little sampler is stitched on aged linen with muted colors of robin egg blue and drab brown floss.

I've stitched a piece of reproduction cream and blue cotton fabric on the bottom of the sampler.  It's the perfect place to keep you pins and needles.

I finished all the seams with tiny little stitches for a little extra detail.

On the outside of the sewing roll is the best piece of tan cotton fabric with little white flower buds.

I've worn and aged the cotton fabrics so they are nice and muted and soft.

And for a sweet little treat I've added a little tan velvet heart....so sweet.

It all folds up into a nice little bundle and ties securely with a bow.

And on the back you can see the sweet little velvet heart.

The Sewing Roll measures 4 1/2" wide by 2 3/4" folded closed and   11 3/4" open

True Love Pinkeep Pillow

I've stitched on aged linen with muted colors of robin egg blue, peacock blue, drab brown and moss.

I've stuffed the pinkeep with sawdust and finished the seams with tiny little X's.

The back of the pinkeep is a nice reproduction blue and cream cotton.  I've worn and aged it nicely and added a little patch of worn tan velvet.
